A 95:05 fiber optic ratio coupler is designed to split an optical signal into two outputs with a fixed power ratio — 95% of the optical power to one output and 5% to the other. It is widely used in FTTH, PON, and other fiber network setups for signal monitoring, testing, and secondary link connections without affecting primary transmission.
